Prepare to use Spray

Here’s What You Can Do with Spray!

Spray helps you swiftly discover creators that match your ideal conditions—by country, follower count, interests, and more.

With highly reliable search and Spray’s proprietary data analysis, you can predict collaboration performance and automatically collect content created by your partnered creators.

Spray is built to streamline your end-to-end creator workflow—from discovery to outreach to management.

Click Start Free Trial or Log In in the upper-right corner and sign up using your email address.

Once you’re logged in, you’re ready to start discovering creators or importing the ones you already work with.

If you have specific creators in mind—or a creator/content style that represents what you want—prepare that as a reference.

Enter the reference creator, content link, or descriptive prompt into the search conditions, and Spray will find relevant creators for you.

If you already have creators you’re collaborating with, prepare their Instagram/TikTok IDs.

You can register these existing creators in Spray and manage them alongside newly discovered ones.

Spray allows you to send proposals directly to creators—via platform DM (Instagram manual sending or DM Agent) or email (Gmail integration).

TikTok does not support DM sending unless mutually followed, due to platform policies. Therefore DM sending via Spray is not supported for TikTok.

A “healthy” account can send over 200 DMs per day.

To create and maintain healthy accounts, follow these steps:

  • Create the account in incognito/private mode through your browser.

  • Do NOT register your official brand/company account due to the risk of permanent suspension.

  • Accounts with more incoming messages than outgoing ones tend to maintain better sending capacity.

Make sure the account has:

  • A profile photo uploaded

  • A short bio or brand introduction

  • At least 3 posts published

  • A natural level of interactions (avoid sudden mass DMs or repetitive actions)

Accounts that send too many DMs in a short period, or repeatedly perform simple actions (likes, comments) may be flagged as bots.

Recommended Account Setup

  • Separate sending accounts from CS (inquiry) accounts.

    • e.g., Proposal account sends DM → Replies are handled by @spray_ask

  • Rotate communication accounts by campaign to grow each account safely.

    • Campaign 1 → @spray_ask

    • Campaign 2 → @spray_

    • Campaign 3 → @spray_01 …

Please note This method is based on Spray’s internal testing and is not officially validated by the SNS platforms.

Connect the Gmail account you will use to send proposals.

The daily sending limit varies depending on the account type and its reputation.

Check your email-sending limits depending on your Google account type:

Account Type

Daily Sending Limit

Gmail personal (@gmail.com)

500 emails/day

Google Workspace

2,000 emails/day

* Actual limits may vary depending on account reputation.

The account that was sending proposals has been “temporarily suspended.”

Due to platform policy, DM sending has been temporarily stopped and will automatically return to connected status after a certain period. (Average 3 days)

If a DM is scheduled to be sent via Spray, it will be sent once the status changes back to connected.

Even if it's possible to send DMs on the SNS during this period, please pause for a while. The suspension period may be extended.

I’m not sure how to manage my account.

When sending proposals, guide recipients to reply or ask questions to a specific account

  • (ex. For inquiries, please contact @spray_ask!)

  • Communicate with creators using the @spray_ask account

  • Switch the communication account depending on the campaign and repeat account rotation (ex. Campaign 1: @spray_ask, Campaign 2: @spray_)

Please note that this method is based on internal testing by Spray and has not been officially verified by the SNS platforms.

How can I increase the Gmail sending limit?

New email accounts or domains have low initial trust, so mass sending can result in being marked as spam or getting blocked.

  • Initial stage: Send 10–20 personalized emails per day to trusted recipients.

  • Gradual increase: Increase the sending volume by 10–20% each day.

  • Monitoring: Continuously monitor bounce rates and spam reports. If issues occur, adjust the sending volume.

  • Stabilization: Once the target daily volume is reached, maintain a consistent sending pattern.
