Setting

You can change your spray usage settings.

You can manage your My Page, subscription plan, and sending accounts here.

How to use setting

1. My page

  1. You can view your account information and reset your password.

  2. You can also view your brand details.

2. Subscription plan

  1. You can enable automatic credit recharge.

    • Refunds are not available once the service is subscribed.

      (However, a full refund is available within 7 days if there is no usage history.)

  2. You can check your credit usage history and download it as a CSV file.

3. Sending account management

  1. You can add accounts to be used with the DM Agent.

3-1. How to connect Instagram

  1. Enter your Instagram ID and password.

  2. You're all set!

If the connection fails, please check the following

  • Invalid

    • Correct ID and password

    • Try connecting in incognito (private) mode

    • Log out from all devices before reconnecting

  • Verification required

    • Complete the extra verification in the Instagram app.

    • Remove the connected account from Spray.

    • Reconnect the account in Incognito (Private) Mode.

  • Suspended

    • Please log back into your Instagram account through the Instagram app.

  • On hold

    • Your account has been temporarily restricted. It will be restored automatically after a short period.

3-2. How to connect Gmail

Email sending is only supported through Gmail. If your brand uses a custom email domain, please create a dedicated Google account for sending.

  1. Choose the Gmail account you'd like to connect.

  2. Please allow the necessary permissions to enable email sending.

  3. You're all set!
