If a DM is scheduled to be sent via Spray, it will be sent once the status changes back to connected.

Login location may appear differently depending on the data center location.
If you received an "abnormal login attempt" alert on mobile, please select It's me and verify your identity.
If you have also changed your password, please delete the previously registered account in Spray and reconnect it.
You can accurately verify by comparing the DM sent time recorded in the creator's memo and the alert notification time.

When sending proposals, guide recipients to reply or ask questions to a specific account

Communicate with creators using the @spray_ask account
Switch the communication account depending on the campaign and repeat account rotation (ex. Campaign 1: @spray_ask, Campaign 2: @spray_)
Please note that this method is based on internal testing by Spray and has not been officially verified by the SNS platforms.
we recommend you to connect your account no earlier than the day after creation. (Connecting 2–3 days later is recommended)
Connect using your Instagram username. (You can check this on your profile tab.)
Please disable two-factor authentication before connecting.
Click Settings in Password and Security - Select Two-Factor Authentication Click Instagram and choose a method to receive the next login code
Choose how to receive the login code, then two-factor turn off the feature
It is applied based on the creator’s active country.
Searches are made for creators who are active in the country set in the filter.

Instagram
: The country where account activity is occurring.
New email accounts or domains have low initial trust, so mass sending can result in being marked as spam or getting blocked.
Initial stage: Send 10–20 personalized emails per day to trusted recipients.
Gradual increase: Increase the sending volume by 10–20% each day.
Monitoring: Continuously monitor bounce rates and spam reports. If issues occur, adjust the sending volume.
Stabilization: Once the target daily volume is reached, maintain a consistent sending pattern.
If the daily maximum sending limit is exceeded, sending may be restricted.
If sending is restricted due to exceeding the maximum limit, the service will automatically be restored after 24 hours and can be used normally.
Emails that failed to send will be saved as Proposal Not Sent. Please resend the email.

If the creator stays on the proposal for more than 3 seconds, “visited the proposal page” will be recorded in the memo.
This is only recorded when the DM or email is viewed through Spray.
If the proposal link is copied and shared separately, and the recipient accepts it through that method, “visited the proposal page” will not be recorded in the memo.
Content is collected for 180 days from the first post.
New content is updated at 4 AM, and view counts are updated at 8 AM.
Only content with 100% matching suggested hashtags is automatically collected. (Account tags are excluded)
The character count is limited to 800 to increase the success rate of sending.
This is based on Instagram's guideline for the number of characters allowed in a DM with a link,
and the number of characters entered can be checked at the bottom right.
To avoid being blocked, it is recommended to send only 5 DMs per hour.
If your account gets blocked repeatedly, it may result in an “immediate block upon account creation.”
(ex_ Sending 5 DMs per hour with 5 accounts → 25 DMs per hour)
DMs are sent irregularly and distributed to minimize the chance of account blocks. (Irregular sending regardless of volume)
A well-maintained account can send over 200 DMs per day. 💪🏻
Messages are sent between 9 AM and 6 PM.
They are sent based on the creator’s country of residence (activity), and for countries with multiple time zones like the U.S., messages are sent between 5 PM and 11 PM UTC. (Refer to the attached image)

The campaign participation button on the proposal seen by the creator will be deactivated,
and the Proposal tab in the Campaign - Creator list will change to → Guide.
The guide cannot be edited after the campaign is ended.
Changed usernames are automatically updated.
If the username is changed during the search → creator save → proposal (DM) sending process, it will be automatically updated with the new username.

A feature to track username changes after proposal sending is under development.
If the username changes after sending the proposal, please use the Enter username button to search.
The existing information will be updated to the latest version found.
