Dec 15, '25 Added System Account Email Sending & Custom Campaign

You can now send briefs at scale using Spray’s system-provided email account, without connecting your own email account and warming it up.

We’ve also introduced a Custom Campaign type that allows you to build campaign briefs more flexibly.

You can now use Spray’s system-provided email account to send briefs immediately, without additional email setup or email warm-up.

If you need to send a large volume of brief emails quickly, select the System Account and start sending right away.

System account is send-only and cannot receive replies.

Please specify a separate email address for communicating with creators.

A Custom Campaign allows you to freely customize the structure of your campaign brief.

Organize the contents and order based on what your brand wants to emphasize.

Add or remove only the sections you need, and reorder them freely to match your campaign requirements.

Available Sections

  • Reward / Mission / Required tags / Reference / Product / Options / Notice

A new section has been added that lets you ask creators custom questions.

You’ll be able to choose from three question types:

  • Short answer

  • Long answer

  • Date (calendar)

Use them flexibly to collect the information you need from creators.
